I took an early Wednesday morning photo walk/drive and spent some time exploring both familiar and less-photographed parts of Murfreesboro.
I photograph the Square pretty often. It’s constantly changing, and I try to document those changes as they happen. Driving farther out along E. Main Street and Woodbury Highway happens less often. Out that way, things seem to change a little more slowly, aside from the steady appearance of new subdivisions.
There’s something interesting about documenting both: the places that are constantly evolving and the places that, for the most part, seem to stay the same.
